First two issues of W.E.B. [Wimmin of the Earth Bonding] Newsletter, a small circulation, large-format publication that sought to link the environmental and feminist movements in the early-1980s. Describing itself as “an international newsletter devoted to providing a network for sharing diverse, eco-feminist information that is vital to the survival of wimmin and the earth,” W.E.B. published articles on rural living, ecological agriculture, animal liberation, new and developing energy technologies, dispatches from national and international environmental and feminist political struggles, poetry, visual art, bibliographies and reading lists, and compilations of information on ecofeminist publications and organizations.
